The Speediance Gym Monster 2 has really helped me get back into resistance training. The programs are great for creating a routine and the data you get helps you keep track of your progress. I’ve only had it for a month of so and feel like my workouts are better than when I was at a gym. Looking forward to my continued fitness journey using this machine.
